What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
To be a recruiter you must be resliant as the highs are high and the lows are low. As well as having an excellent customer focus and a competitive edge. Highlight these areas in the application process and really sell yourself at an interview as selling is a key part of the role.
Do you have any interview tips?
Sell yourself - really use your past experience and apply it to situations that you could be in with recruitment. Such as time management how will you juggle meeting your targets, whilst still working on multiple jobs at the same time how will you prioritise. The STAR principle is key here describe the Situation that you were in and the Task you had to complete in detail, what was the Action you did to reslove this matter and what was this Result that you achieved through your actions.
