Varied, interesting and challenging work
Flexible hours which can adapt around appointments etc
Friendly colleagues always willing to help

Diversity in the rail team is very poor (in line with the industry)
Flexible hours can lead to overworking if you're not careful

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
