Opportunity to undertake 4 different placements in different sections of the company so a good chance to find the right work environment for your first post after the scheme
Worst
Having no input in your first placement may mean you end up in a department of minimal interest with limited professional development

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
There aren't a massive amount of opportunities for chemical engineering placements within the company hence if you want to get chartered with the iChemE this may be more difficult than at a different company
