What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The opportunities for personal development are so vast and you really can reach out to anyone at Explore and they will be more than happy to support you. The people in the company are really lovely and it’s a ‘we’re all in it together’ kind of environment.

Worst

The job can definitely be challenging as there are lots of responsibilities to handle at one time so quite often I feel tired and struggle to switch off at home. I feel more of a work/life balance needs to be achieved as the hours are antisocial and with working bank holidays too, it can be difficult to keep in touch with friends/family.
