What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Lots of different skills utilised and many different transferable skills for future development. Flexibility in marketing strategies.
Worst
High work load for a small team especially awkward with taking time off as no flexibility as only 1/2 of you on a team can take time off at a time. Little understanding from head office what actually goes into your working day. ZERO commission on sales - with individuals making thousands of pounds of sales each month. ZERO incentives to make more sales. Awkward working hours and no flexibility for hybrid working which could definitely be done before the children arrive.
