What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
I love the team and everyone who works here because everyone cares so much about each other and their wellbeing. I can quite honestly say it’s the best place I’ve ever worked and the support I’ve received every day and throughout tough times I’ve encountered has been amazing. I also love being in the central team and getting involved in the whole tutor journey and how we can improve processes and the whole tutor experience.
Worst
As my role is quite admin-orientated, it can sometimes feel a bit repetitive however there are always other projects you can get involved in outwith your role to keep things interesting and expand your knowledge!

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000
