What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be prepared to be kept on your toes! If you love a challenge and unpredictability then this is the job for you! If you are conscientious and ambitious then be prepared to accept that you will not have the time to perform every responsibility/task to your high standards as the workload doesn't always allow for this. Also make sure you are passionate and dedicated enough to the Explore Learning cause and vision to endure the odd hours.
