What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The children are amazing, as are the tutors. Good progression from tutor to Assistant Director to Centre Director. Good level of responsibility.
Worst
Work/life balance as we finish at 8 2 days a week and are required to work a Saturday - pay should reflect this. We are also expected to reach targets/KPI's, but do not receive bonus anymore. Not much difference between the Centre Director and Assistant Director daily roles/responsibilities, but CD's are paid a fair bit more.

Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000
Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000
