Best
- Get to do a range of different things, no day is the same
- Seeing some of the great progress members can make
- Working with a great team of tutors everyday and helping them develop
Worst
- No flexibility on the hours, they are long days
- You are expected to do a lot, it is full on and nothing gets taken away, only added on
- Very growth driven
