What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
This job is great for someone who wants to learn about different areas of marketing and brand, not for people who have a specific job role in mind. Be prepared to try different things that may be completely different to anything you have done before. You will be thrown in at the deep end so you will need to be confident!
Do you have any interview tips?
Assessment day consisted of a group challenge, a negotiation task and an interview among other things. Being able to work well with a team is imperative. Prepare as much material as you can for the pre-work you will be set for interview. Brush up on maths skills such as percentage increase and similar!
