What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Very flexible and creative work. Extremely collaborative and social environment in the office and a lot of opportunity to go to interesting places and see the work of different functions across the company.
Worst
There can be tight deadlines and busier periods especially in seasonal departments. There are also occasionally bigger meetings to share in that can be daunting to begin with.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000
Current salary: £39,000 - £41,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Don't worry if your degree isn't related to directly to the function you're applying for, there is a really vast range of degrees and education across the company. What's more important is work you have done in collaboration with others, creative thinking and ambition. Highlight these wherever you can
Do you have any interview tips?
The company is unique for off-price retailing, and its important to the interviewers that you understand how it work and why it works. its different from most retail practices so the more you look into how it works the better. They really value partnership and people are a big part of company values too, so the more you can highlight working with others and collaboration the better.
