What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The people I work with are all great. The work I do is very interesting and I enjoy the analysis we get to do.
Worst
The finance exams are a real challenge to get through but once you get through them it's great.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £33,000 - £35,000
Current salary: £39,000 - £41,000

Start: 08:00
Finish: 16:00
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The overall advice is to be completely yourself, it can be seen when someone isn't being authentic and one of VMO2's core values is about being real so you want to be as authentic as possible.
There are different stages to the process such as group activities where it's best not to be overbearing and individual assessments where it's best to do your best.
Do you have any interview tips?
It's about being yourself - the questions are designed to point out candidates who are authentic and show a lot of passion and determination
With finance having additional exams there were a few questions geared around drive/determination to test whether we had the grit to get through them.
There were also questions asking generally what interests me about finance as a way to see if I genuinely find it interesting.
