What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Daily variety, as no two days are the same. Getting to meet new people everyday. Figuring out to how to manage new challenges, such as overcoming obstacles in the sales process, and coordinate with solicitors, site teams, and management to keep each sale progressing smoothly. I also enjoy building relationships with buyers and being part of what is most of the time a huge milestone in their lives.
Worst
Working weekends can be challenging, especially when it means missing time with family and friends.
