What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest in your application and make your CV stands out. Using buzz words doesn't work, you are most likely to impress by having a range of experiences and good academic results.
Take your time in answering the questions in the application process. I know it can be time consuming when you are applying to multiple companies but the person reading it is only interested in their company.
