What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Excellent work-life balance, high salary, supportive colleagues and managers, great benefits (private healthcare, generous pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus 4 wellbeing days per year), opportunity to work with a variety of clients.

Worst

The opportunity to move into a different role depends on the success of bids and the clients brought in, so it can be difficult to move project and patience is required. As a consultant embedded full-time within a client team you can't benefit from all of Lendlease working practices e.g. flexible attitude towards working at home.

Starting salary: £35,000 - £37,000

Current salary: £39,000 - £41,000
