Best
The people you meet, not just at the hotel I work but around the UK in other Hiltons.
The benefits and the training available.
Worst
Sometimes the long hours, or have to work on weekends & special days like Christmas etc. But this is part of the job.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000

Start: 06:30
Finish: 17:00
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be flexible with relocation & shifts, it is totally worth it after with all the experience, confidence and network we get.
