What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

- Get to work on complete projects and work on every single part of the software. E.g. You will gather the requirements, draw up designs, database designs, implement and test the software. You also code both the front and back end, so if you are looking to become a full stack developer then this is the right role for you.

Worst

- Too focused on individual projects rather than working as a team.
- Not much opportunity to work on projects outside of C# MVC web applications.
- Lack of training.
