What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Take time to research the company and talk to some current grads, and work out what differentiates it from its competitors. The culture is surprisingly different and for some people it's exactly what they need to flourish, but others might prefer a more corporate and rigid structure.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself. Sorry to whip out a cliche, but half of the interview is about your competence and the other half is about your fit. If you fit the company culture then that is a big plus, if not then it doesn't really matter how great you do in the tests. This goes both ways - take the chance to ask as many questions as you can to find out about the company, as you need to decide if you want to work here.
