What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I can work from home on a Friday which is a nice added benefit. There is flexibility in where you work as long as it doesn't negatively impact your delivery. My colleagues are also very approachable and supportive.

Worst

There is quite a lot of travelling involved if your project is away from home.

Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000

Start: 09:00

Finish: 18:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be yourself. There are several stages including an assessment centre. For this role, Capgemini takes people from any degree so although your academic background adds to your application, they are looking for people who are energetic, motivated and ready to learn on the job.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself. My interview was a little different to normal interviews but it was more of an informal chat. Do your research into Capgemini and their values. Know what the role entails and be sure in why you are applying.
