What hours do you actually work, on average?
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
In addition to the usual sources of information about working at Capgemini (website, careers fair etc), I would highly recommend reading some of the blogs on the website before applying. The CDC blog in particular is fantastic for learning exactly what you will do as a consultant, the lessons learnt from others on the grad scheme and other hints/tips. It is written by CDCers (grad scheme). The capability teams also have blogs, so it's a great source to get an insight into the type of work the team does and the thought leadership on some of the main topics affecting that team.

Do you have any interview tips?
There is a strong emphasis on teamwork so make sure at the team exercise you assert your opinions without overpowering the rest of the group and take on board other people's opinions.
You will be given a case study to prepare for beforehand and I recommend you take the time to prepare this well. Make sure you can get the main points across in the time allocated for this exercise.
In addition to the case study you will be asked the standard competency questions which you can prepare for.
