What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Sounds cheesy, but be yourself. The Capgemini grad scheme genuinely isn't looking for people with a particular background or skillset but they do pick out articulate and proactive individuals. I've seen people with really strong work experience and skills be overlooked because they weren't deemed a 'good fit' for the Capgemini community.
