What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Organisational and time management skills are essential. Make sure you are prepared for heavy work load and especially to start with the role isn't easy. Need to be good with people - communication skills are key.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interview process comes in 3 stages - a 1st stage interview, an assessment centre and a final interview. Make sure you're prepared by researching the job role and the company, looking into our brand values. Just be yourself through all stages. The assessment centre consists of quite a few role plays - if you falter just make sure you carry on and persist and if you get stuck just ask questions which will help you carry on.
