What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The flexibility/responsibility to manage your own time and workload. The positive team mentality, and the incentives for performance.

Worst

The uncertainty of working with elements outside of your control, as in recruitment circumstances can change very quickly and can not always be overcome.

Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000

Start: 08:30

Finish: 18:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
