What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Put as much extracurricular activity down as you can - they want to know that you're smart but they want to know that you're an exciting person more. Really put some emotion into the application and tailor it to the firm, don't just be all 'I want to be an accountant because I like numbers'.
Do you have any interview tips?
Definitely smile and joke and try to be energetic (even if you're sat down answering questions!). I know it's hard but don't let it show that you're nervous or intimidated - even just holding a conversation on the way to the interview room will make you seem more friendly.
