What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The application is very similar to those of other accountancy firms however I found the HR staff incredibly friendly and they made me feel at ease during both the phone interview and the assessment centre so what I would say is to make the most of those two steps, in particular as interviewers definitely give you a chance to just be yourself.
Do you have any interview tips?
Just be yourself because GT want to check whether you'll fit in with the culture so there's no point in pretending that you're someone you're not.
