Make sure you are as focused and dedicated to pursuing a career within recruitment before applying rather than using it as a stepping stone to another path. Without this determination to suceed it can be very difficult to motivate you through the difficulties you may face in your first few months.

You need to quick thinking in your interview, and ensure you try and have an answer for every scenario. For example, disgruntled clients - and how you can turn every obstacle into an opportunity for yourself. This is something which will be tested in the interview process.
