What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be passionate about recruitment, do your research on the industry and remember the role is heavily sales focussed and will be driven by you and your hard work. The passion for people is key but not the be all and end all of the role and have a commercial mind when considering the inputs to gain the output of placing candidates into a role.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be professional, arrive 15 minutes early and present yourself well including the way you dress. Be passionate, driven and a little daring in the presentations/ role play activities. The directors/ recruiters are extremely pleasant and do not be intimidated by hierachy it is not that type of business, all levels sit together as one team. Enjoy it and that will come across.
