What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be ready for hard work. If you don't want to get your hands dirty, break a nail or work long hours this isn't the right role for you!
However if you are willing to prove your worth, it's an incredibly rewarding and challenging place to work that will not only build you as a person but will give you professional confidence
Do you have any interview tips?
What would you do in this situation xyz - Remember the customer is always right, (Even if they're not). You don't always have to give them free things and let them walk all over you, but being compassionate and taking the time to listen is always a good place to start.
You'll be working with people everyday, all day. So make sure you can adapt to different people and their working styles. If you have to give a presentation or do group work make sure you ask what your group thinks. Put forward your ideas, but take a step back to recieve the feedback.
