Research the energy industry thoroughly (!) e.g. RWE's competitors both big and small, currents news items etc. this will help in telephone/video interviews and at your assessment days if you reach that stage and use your knowledge in answers (e.g. why do you want to work in the energy industry).

Answer competency/situational questions using the STAR framework: prep answers to lots of different interview questions (intro questions, competency questions, commercial awareness questions).
