What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Know about Marsh and what Marsh does. Know the IGNITE principles. Know about current affairs and show an interest in working at Marsh. Don't argue with team mates at the assessment day. Perhaps contact some people in the insurance industry to find out about what it's like to work in insurance and who the key players are.
Do you have any interview tips?
They don't care about how much knowledge you have in insurance. Just know the difference between an underwriter and a broker. Be friendly and open, ask lots of questions and know how to socialise/network.
