What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Sell YOU. This is a very client facing role and you must be able to show you have people skills. You will be given training so experience in the roll is not necessary, just concentrate on selling yourself as a person who can work well with people, under pressure and in a range of environments.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be professional, but be personal. Show yourself and prove that you can communicate well and build relationships with people. Ask questions too.
