Tesco are one of few companies which actively recruit from any degree background - there are people on the IT Grad Scheme from History, Maths, Law and even Neuroscience backgrounds!
Do you have any interview tips?
The assessment centres are less formal than other companies because Tesco aims to recruit people with a genuine interest and talent for customer service. So be yourself and don't try to out compete other candidates. Get your point across but collaborate well in a group as this is seen as vital.
