What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It's always important to be yourself, it's obvious when you are not. That doesn't mean you can't be an improved version of yourself and really push to demonstrate qualities you have that you may not have had to the opportunity to do before. It's also good to standout, but for the right reasons. We are always looking for bright leaders who can take the company futher within the telecommunications market in years to come.
