What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

-The Team I work with in are extremely friendly, helpful and supportive
-The ability to tap into experienced team members knowledge and develop my own understanding
-Support in gaining additional training and further education (Masters etc)
-Variety of work and responsibility given: I Update Documentation to Project Managing a new internal project
-Always given "real" work, no copy and pasting data for days on end!
-Your opinion is always listen to and considered

Worst

-The team has been in place for a long time and not particularly diverse, so sometimes new ideas/change can be more of a challenge but not impossible!
