Best

- Lots of responsibility from get-go.
- Very helpful graduate team and teams on your site placement. Easily approachable and people will give you the time of day to talk. This even extends to people across the whole organization from graduates to senior managers, heads of departments, vice-presidents and managing directors.
- Best suited to those with self-initiative to make things happen. If you don't ask you don't get.

Worst

- Limited flexibility and variety on day-to-day. Can get mundane very quick.
- Not very intellectually stimulating.
