What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Look beyond what the job entails on face value. When I interviewed for the role I was very naive to what I thought recruitment was and didn't appreciate the successful career you can make out of it. When applying make sure you are resilient because too many graduates give up too easily in Sales.

Keep good eye contact especially when applying for a sales role as relationship building is key to success.
