What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The grad scheme at RM isn't a scheme where you are rotated through different areas. Instead you need to know what area you want to work in and you are given a real job with real responsibility from day one.
Do you have any interview tips?
Make sure you have lots of examples prepared of times when you have displayed competancies related to the job you are going for e.g. teamwork, leadership etc.
