What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
When I applied I had to fill out an online form which was pretty straight forward. Then there were online tests and then I was told I could be invited for a assessment day. I got the call for the assessment day a couple of days before.
During the day I had an interview (Tell me about a time you did... style questions), a negotiation role play which you had time to prepare on the day beforehand, a group exercise, and an in-tray exercise.
Do you have any interview tips?
For the assessment centre, read up about JLR and the news (expansion plans, investments) and think about who the stakeholders are for purchasing both internally and externally.
