Treated as an equal and lots of grad events.

Start can be a bit slow. I expected to be flooded with work form the get go but this took a longer amount of time to happen

Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Current salary: £33,000 - £35,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

When doing the personality testing just be consistent in your answers. This arises from answering truthfully. People don't really get screened out at the personality testing - this is just to aid the interviewers later when they interview you.

Do you have any interview tips?

Assessment days are about finding out how you'll be to work with. Don't be over-bearing/over confident. The assessors are very perceptive so be friendly and be yourself. You get asked some simple logic questions like how many letters do BG send home in the year. There's obviously not an exact number but show your logic in terms of how you'd calculate it.
