What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
It's a relaxed environment with good social opportunities. I have a manager and then line managers, my line managers are very good and very understanding.
Worst
Being in support, you can feel underappreciated. The pay for graduates is good at first, but is difficult to progress.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Current salary: £29,000 - £31,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It would be most useful to have a stem subject, however if you have examples of where you have used technical skills that may be relevant (SQL, Java, TCL...) then I do not think a stem subject is mandatory.
Do you have any interview tips?
Have examples ready for the prep questions with regards to support service (example of dealing with difficult people etc.). For the technical side, you do not need to know anything, just show your capability and willingness to learn.
