Best
Working in an industry that is changing rapidly, there is so much opportunity.
Worst
Getting stuck in the same role undertaking the same work day in and day out. Say if you get a reputation for being good at writing reports you then find that becomes your role on lots of projects.

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Current salary: £31,000 - £33,000

Understand about the company culture, as an employee owned company our vision and values are core to how we work.
Do you have any interview tips?
Completing work placements at the company helped me, I had previously done summer placements at the office I went on to work at as a graduate.
