What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Just be yourself and don't worry if you don't have a finance background, Boots are looking for more rounded individuals so be sure to include any retail experience you may have and try and show why you're passionate about what we do!
Do you have any interview tips?
Most of the interviews are competency based however a store visit to one of our stores and our competitors would be helpful. Don't forget we're more than just retail so do your homework on the wholesale side of the business too!
