What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Great work environment, excellent training from start and continually, every day is different you will never get the same thing twice, you are always learning.
Worst
A lot of work but this is what you sign on for as you are working a 9-5:30 day alongside your studies. This involves external exams with the CII and internal exams.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Start: 08:30
Finish: 18:00
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself, the job involves a lot of talking to both brokers, seniors and colleagues so show your personality. Know the business and also the industry, focus on any issues that could be impacting the industry in the future.
