What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The job is never the same 2 days running. There is constant variety and new challenges you have to adapt to. I enjoy problem solving and as part of my current role in the land and planning team, I have to use this frequently.
Worst
Like any job there are moments of disappointment, for example when you fail to win a bid on a piece of land you have been working on for months at a time. It can be frustrating but this is part of the job.

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Start: 08:30
Finish: 16:45
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Understand before you begin group activities or those on your own are what the assessors are trying to see. Often its not important to complete challenges but more about your ability to work in a team or under pressure. Be sociable as this is a very sociable company.
