What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Fidessa runs on graduates, so usually you want a 2:1 in a technical field. Some roles aren't necessarily asking for someone technical straight off the bat, though, so as long as you can show you're well organised and have good attention to detail, they may give you a chance.
Do you have any interview tips?
There are technical tests, depending on role, that may be anything from coding questions to logical reasoning tests. Do some research on the financial industry before applying, it will stand you in good stead if you can show you have some enthusiasm. Have examples of innovation and creativity at the ready.
