What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Great opportunities for career progression, friendly work culture with hybrid work allowing for a good work/life balance. Competitive salary and benefits package. The company's purpose is easy to support as it is critical national infrastructure and therefore vital for the country - which provides some extra motivation to work.
Worst
Nothing too bad to flag. One thing might be the technicalities to learn relating to gas operation and engineering - as an employee in a non-technical area, it is not required to learn all of this but having some understanding and knowledge of these areas is beneficial.
