What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Problem solving to not only find an employer the best candidate but also guide someone to getting a job that they are excited for. Every client and candidate need a different approach and different challenge come up so seeing the success of that problem solving is really good. and commission

Worst

Occasionally the office talk is very football heavy as I am in a male only office other than me. I know nothing about football

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Having seen the advert on an aggregator site, I saw the job poster was the Director of the Branch. I decided that emailing my CV to the email address attached, allowed me to add a more personal note instead of coming through from the aggregator. It allowed me to initially express my interest and enthusiasm for the role instead as I knew my background would be lacking the experience needed.

Do you have any interview tips?

Know the sector and the company. Have some understanding of potential challenges in the role but highlight elephants in the room and how you plan on tackling them. Express what excites you about the role/company and the stamp you would like to make within the position and highlight your motivations and aspirations to learn
