Best
It is a really relaxed place to work with no pressure.
Worst
Career progression is slow. A lot of the work is unrewarding and monotonous. Reviews are slow and generic. High performers do not get recognition and there is little incentive to go beyond the bare minimum level of work.

Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000
