Best
The working environment is probably the best as everyone is really friendly and supportive.
Worst
Location isn't an issue for me personally but i can see why it would be for some .

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Go via an agency or the in house recruiters where they can talk you through the working environment and what the job entails day to day, after all the job might not be for you. They will also guide you through the interview process and give you tips along the way.
Do you have any interview tips?
It's a very lengthy interview process so be prepared to spend hours being in multiple interviews. A lot of people will come and interview you so make sure you are consistent with the answers you give.
