What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Very exciting and high pressure as you have a direct effect on the profitability and quality of a vehicle line. It is not a department that is looking and anything is extreme detail and it does not research and develop blue sky ideas. It is about being able to problem solve, manage projects and understand the vehicle as a whole.
